Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Art by Lucid. All of our products are made to order just for you, using high-quality print-on-demand fulfillment by our trusted partners. Because of this, we handle refunds and returns a little differently than traditional retailers.

1. Change of Mind Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind (for example, wrong size selected, you simply changed your mind, or you ordered the wrong item).

If you receive an item and it is exactly as ordered, no return or refund is available for these reasons.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • printed incorrectly

  • missing a part

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we will offer one of the following:

✅ Replacement at no extra cost
or
✅ Full refund to your original payment method

In most cases, you will not be asked to return the item.

3. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time or is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a replacement or refund for an eligible issue, please contact us at:

We aim to respond to all requests within 2 business days.

5. Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
