1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free replacement.

• Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Include a clear photo of the issue and your order number.
• Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds are not offered for defective items due to the custom-made nature of our products.

2. Returns for Change of Mind / Incorrect Selections

As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size, colour, or design
• Unwanted items
