We recommend checking the size guide and product images carefully before placing your order, as each item is custom-printed and we are unable to offer exchanges for ordering the wrong size.
All of our products are made-to-order. Once you place your order, we typically take 1 to 3 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment. After dispatch, delivery within the UK usually takes 6 to 10 days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Since all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement. Please provide a clear photo of the issue when contacting us. We do not offer refunds, but will replace eligible items at no extra cost.

Yes! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this information to monitor your parcel’s progress until it arrives.
